Manpreet Dhenjal retains the rights to all images of her artwork and retains the right to make and sell reproductions of any original works, even after they have been sold.
Original artwork purchased by a Collector may NOT be reproduced for private use, commercial sales or non-commercial distribution without the prior written consent of Manpreet Dhenjal.

ORDERS
All artworks are original and created using high quality materials.
When browsing, image colours may vary on the screen that you are viewing on, however every effort has been made to accurately display colour and details of each artwork.
LIABILITY
We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the Collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by Collectors. For example: damaging original artworks, smudging fingerprints or tearing of fine art prints etc.
Please read the product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. Upon purchasing a piece of artwork from the Website, you are confirming that you have read the description prior to purchase. It is not our duty to compensate Collectors who do not read the information provided prior to purchase.

Occasionally there may be information on our Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotion, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
